Global Influencers and Digital Icons Shine at 2025 WIBA Awards in Cannes
On May 23, 2025, the 7th annual World Influencers and Bloggers Awards (WIBA) illuminated the French Riviera, bringing together top global content creators at the iconic Hôtel Martinez during the Cannes Film Festival. The glamorous evening honored the digital world’s most impactful voices with a cocktail reception, a Gala Dinner, and an electrifying awards ceremony featuring a live performance by Panjabi MC.
The WIBA Awards honoured top influencers from around the world, including Mara Lafontan, Jessica de Oliveira, Jasmin Gassmann, Jodok Vuille, Whitney Uland, Zarina Yeva, Patricia Bright, Edouard Siney, and others. The biggest award of the night, the 2025 Grand Prix WIBA, was given to Panda Boi, a popular Italian YouTuber with more than 71 million followers. Organised by the World Influencers Association, headquartered in Monaco, the WIBA Awards remain the only global accolade exclusively honouring excellence in digital influence across a variety of categories.
Past honorees include digital powerhouses like Lena Situations, Coco Rocha, Maye Musk, Richard Orlinski, Khaby Lame, Nusret Gökçe, NikkieTutorials, Gianluca Vacchi, Foodgod, Kat Graham, Kelly Rutherford, and Ellen von Unwerth.
WIBA Awards event highlighted the most followed social causes, empowered diverse influencers' voices, encouraged collaboration, and fostered a sense of a global community of peers. The typical instant reach of a WIBA Awards ballroom was over 200 million impressions.
