Achieving a permanent tan all summer also requires establishing a healthy relationship between the sun and our skin. Regular consumption of carrots accelerates the proliferation of carotene melanocytes in carrots, so sunbathing and eating carrots or drinking carrot juice during the hours when the sun's rays are not too steep can effectively give the skin the desired tan. In addition to beta-carotene in the carrot's content, vitamin A protects the skin and provides colour equality in the skin. Besides being easy to consume, carrot juice is a good beverage alternative on hot summer days. You can drink 300 ml of carrot juice daily for a visible tan in a month.

Of course, since tanning means damage to the skin, it is essential not to overdo the time spent under the sun and especially to be protected from the noon sun. Regarding carrot consumption and tanning, carrot oil comes to mind as much as carrot juice. However, our recommendation for tanning is to choose carrot juice instead of carrot oil since carrot juice is one of the most healthy drinks for natural and lasting tanning as it also has many benefits, like speeding up your tanning process as much as slowing down the process of skin ageing.
